ElectricityKey Stage 2


A one day, practical science and electrical

safety programme for Key Stage 2 pupils.

The programme is delivered in your classroom by an experienced STEM Centre tutor

Bright Sparks is primarily aimed

at years 4 - 6 pupils

but can also be adapted and delivered

to all Key Stage 2 pupils.


Maximum class size is 36

We have worked in partnership with

CLEAPSS for many years, mainly

running courses concerned with

Health and Safety matters in Chemistry,

Microbiology and Pressure Vessels.

Recent Courses for Technicians and Teachers

held in February 2014 at Preston College,

and listed for information, were:

·        Supporting Safe Practical Microbiology

·        Safety Inspections of autoclaves, pressure cookers and model steam engines

·        Safe and Successful Investigative Microbiology
